以 1 5 0g左右的 1 70只中华鳖为试验动物 ,随机分为 1 7个组。以饲料能量、蛋白质水平为试验因素 ,采用 2因子 5水平的回归正交旋转组合设计得到 9个试验饲料营养组合 ,与 1 6个组试验动物相对应 ,进行 6 0d饲养试验。试验结果 ,第 9~ 1 6组鳖日增重 2 .2 2g/d极显著地高于其它试验组 (p <0 .0 1 ) ,比增设的对照组 1 .38g/d高 6 0 .87% (p <0 .0 1 ) ,其饲料系数为 1 .43,较其它组低 1 2 .2 7%~ 45 .0 0 % ,较对照组 (1 .97)低2 7.41 %。结果表明 ,9号饲料能量 1 6 .2 8MJ/kg、蛋白质 42 .49%水平及其必需氨基酸模式适宜于生长幼鳖的营养需要 ,肌肉RNA/DNA值与饲料营养水平和日增重有高度的正相关关系。
One hundred and seventy Chinese soft-shelled turtle with about 150 g were used as experimental animals and randomly divided into 17 groups. Using feed energy and protein level as the experimental factors, nine experimental diets were obtained by regression orthogonal rotation combination of two factors and five levels, corresponding to 16 experimental animals, and fed for 60 days. The results showed that the daily gain of 2.2 ~ 2 2g / d in group 9 ~ 6 was significantly higher than that in other test groups (p <0.01), which was 60% higher than that of the control group at 1.38g / d. 87% (p <0.01). The feed coefficient was 1.43, which was 12.27% -45.0% lower than other groups, which was 2 7.41% lower than the control group (1.97). The results showed that the energy of feed No. 9 was 26.28MJ / kg, the protein level of 42.49% and its essential amino acid pattern were suitable for the nutritional needs of young juveniles.
