以MS培养基为基础,对樱桃、苹果、葡萄试管苗分枝和生根的最佳N源与配比进行试验。结果表明,樱桃、苹果、葡萄试管苗的分枝效果和植株的生长状况以NH_4~+-N与NO_3~-—N比为1∶3时最好。而樱桃试管苗的生根效果和植株的生长状况以NH_4~+—N与NO_3~-—N比为0∶1时最佳,两者均显著优于对照。NH_4~+—N与NO_3~-—N比为1∶0及NH_2CONH_2—N源者,均导致试管苗生长细弱以致全部死亡。
On the basis of MS medium, the optimal N sources and ratios of shoot and root of cherry, apple and grape were tested. The results showed that the branching effect and plant growth of cherry, apple and grape in vitro were the best when the ratio of NH_4 ~ + -N to NO_3 ~ N was 1: 3. However, the rooting effect and plant growth of cherry test tube seedlings were best when the ratio of NH_4 ~ + -N to NO_3 ~ - N was 0:1, both of which were significantly better than the control. NH_4 ~ + -N and NO_3 ~ --N ratio of 1: 0 and NH_2CONH_2-N source, all lead to in vitro growth of plantlets so weak that all died.
