本文证明能产生活性氧的电离辐射、高压氧、百草枯和过氧化氢都能诱发人胎儿肺成纤维细胞和叙利亚地鼠胚胎成纤维细胞的DNA非周期性合成和DNA合成速率抑制,不能产生活性氧的D-葡萄糖和蔗糖对DNA无损伤。DNA合成速率抑制作用比DNA非周期性合成对活性氧更敏感。凡是能加强活性氧的物质都能加剧DNA损伤;凡是能抑制活性氧的物质都能减轻损伤。本文为活性氧致癌、致突和衰老等作用提供了解释。
This article demonstrates that ionizing radiation that produces reactive oxygen species, hyperbaric oxygen, paraquat and hydrogen peroxide can both induce DNA non-cyclical synthesis and DNA synthesis rate inhibition in human fetal lung fibroblasts and Syrian hamster embryo fibroblasts and can not produce D-glucose and sucrose of reactive oxygen species have no DNA damage. The DNA synthesis rate inhibition is more sensitive to reactive oxygen species than DNA aperiodic synthesis. Any substance that can enhance reactive oxygen species can exacerbate DNA damage; any substance that inhibits reactive oxygen species can reduce damage. This article provides an explanation for the role of ROS in carcinogenesis, mutagenesis and aging.
