烧结页岩空心砖是目前应用最为广泛的填充墙材料之一,但空心砖填充墙强度低、脆性大、抗震性能差,在近年发生的地震中都遭受了不同程度的震害。为评估目前建筑市场上不同孔洞形式空心砖的力学性能,揭示其易于震害的机理,本文选取四川地区广泛使用的三种孔洞形式的烧结页岩空心砖,考虑不同的受力面,对单砖进行了系统的力学性能试验研究。研究表明:空心砖不同受压面的抗压强度有着明显差异,均表现为顶面最高,条面次之,大面最小;孔洞形式对三个面的抗压强度均有影响,抗折强度亦与孔洞形式密切相关;空心砖的强度具有很大离散性,且其离散程度与孔洞形式及受压方向有关;所选取的三种孔洞形式的空心砖抗压强度很低,除顶面外,其余各面抗压强度等级均不足MU2.5,达不到规范要求;相较而言,空心砖顶面抗压强度相对稳定,离散性偏小,可靠性偏高。

The results show that the compressive strength of hollow brick is obviously different between the two compression faces, which are the highest on the top, the second on the top and the smallest on the big face. The hole form affects the compressive strength of the three faces, and the flexural strength Which is closely related to the form of the hole. The strength of the hollow brick is very discrete, and the degree of dispersion is related to the form of the hole and the direction of compression. The selected three kinds of hollow bricks in the form of holes show low compressive strength. Surface compressive strength grades are less than MU2.5, up to the specification requirements; In contrast, the compressive strength of hollow brick top surface is relatively stable, discrete small, high reliability.
