为了选择垂体移植物,我们对出生1、5、10、15天大鼠垂体远侧部进行了电镜观察。结果是:5天以内垂体远侧部主要以GH细胞为主,可见到ACTH和TSH细胞,而FSH细胞和LH细胞则少见,而且各种细胞中分泌颗粒的数量较少,在各种分泌细胞间存在着相对较多的无分泌颗粒的细胞。第5天,有分泌颗粒的细胞数量相对增加,无分泌颗粒细胞的数量相对减少。第10天、第15天各种分泌细胞中分泌颗粒的数量相对增多,特别是GH细胞。另外,上述四个时期内均未见PRL细胞。
