随着新技术发展和全球化趋势的进行,传统的研发项目管理模式已经不能满足企业的需要。对于电器产品而言,随着产品高端化的需求驱动,产品研发项目管理的过程改进越来越迫切。传统的研发项目过程过于简单,产品成本浪费严重,导致研发产品的开发周期较长,品质达不到要求。结合正泰电器公司的分析研究表明,电器产品研发项目管理需要从更新研发项目管理的思路、再造研发项目组织机构、科学编制研发项目开发计划等方面加以改进。
With the development of new technologies and the trend of globalization, the traditional R & D project management model can no longer meet the needs of enterprises. For the electrical products, as the demand for high-end products driven, product development project management process improvement more and more urgent. The traditional R & D project process is too simple, serious waste of product costs, resulting in a long product development cycle, quality does not meet the requirements. Combined with Chint Electric Company’s analysis and research shows that the electrical product R & D project management needs to update R & D project management ideas, rebuild R & D project organization, scientific development R & D project development plan to be improved.
