通过分析某钢厂超宽板坯加热炉在运行过程中存在的问题,提出了加热炉节能改造的主要内容和方案。详细介绍了在节能改造中用到的局部智能脉冲燃烧技术、超长可调低NOx调焰烧嘴、二级离线模型技术,并在改造前后进行热平衡测试。测试结果表明:改造达到预期效果,为此类加热炉的改造和新建提供了应用实例。
By analyzing the problems existing in the running process of ultra-wide slab heating furnace in a steel mill, the main contents and schemes of energy-saving reformation in heating furnace are put forward. Introduced in detail in the energy-saving transformation of the local use of intelligent pulse combustion technology, long and adjustable low-NOx burner flame, two off-line model technology, and before and after the transformation heat balance test. The test results show that the reconstruction achieves the expected result and provides an application example for the reconstruction and new construction of such a heating furnace.
