近些年,优质教育越来越受到社会大众的普遍关注。学校管理水平更需要在新时代背景下不断的提升。年级管理模式是学校提高管理水平的一次伟大尝试,新型的管理模式以年级部为核心单元,加强此管理模式的实践研究,对提高我国学校管理水平,有着一定的指导意义,更是现代化教学规模办学条件下,科学化管理的一次有益尝试。本文就是在此基础上,具体落实细化管理的要求,创新体制,积极加强管理,及时为学校发展中存在的问题提出合理化建议。通过实践证明,年级管理模式的运作尝试是一次伟大的创举,它的优势是显而易见的,需要进一步的规划规范此模式,充分的探此模式在学校内部管理的积极意义,希望在实践中能够有一定的指导意义。
