目的对超频震动膜过滤和传统水提醇沉工艺的分离、浓缩效果进行考察和比较。方法在小叶榕叶提取物的分离、纯化过程中,以相对除杂质率和总黄酮收率为指标,对截留孔径为A、B、C、D的超频震动膜进行试验考察,并与醇沉工艺效果进行比较。结果截留孔径为B的膜最适合小叶榕叶有效成分的分离,同时配合截留孔径的脱水膜,可使分离、浓缩快捷而连续地进行。结论在小叶榕叶的生产工艺中,超频震动膜过滤法可代替传统乙醇沉淀法及加热浓缩方法。
Objective To investigate and compare the separation and concentration effects of over-vibration membrane filtration and traditional water-extraction and alcohol precipitation processes. Methods In the process of isolation and purification of Ficus microcarpa extract, the relative removal rate and total flavonoid yield were used as indexes to investigate the effects of the over-shock membrane with A, B, C, Process effects are compared. Results The membranes with a pore size of B were the most suitable for the separation of the active ingredients of Ficus microcarpa, and the dehydration membrane with the retained pore size could separate and concentrate quickly and continuously. Conclusion In the production process of Ficus microcarpa, over-vibration membrane filtration method can replace the traditional ethanol precipitation method and heat concentration method.
