本文报告不同血统父母的三个同胞姐妹患新型家族性巴金森—痴呆综合征.她们均为足月顺产,出生后至发病前发育正常,智能完整,能完成大学或高中学业,未患过神经系统疾病.3例均系20岁～30岁发病,发病隐匿.其临床的共同特点为:症状—首发症状呈肢体运动缓慢,动作笨拙,渐至步态不稳,构音困难,语言含糊不清,呈暴发性语言.随年龄的增长,上述症状逐渐加重,并发生智能低下,直至生活不能自理.体征—表情呆滞,呈面具脸,语言节律紊乱,含混不清,步态不稳,走路时四肢动作不协调,脊柱侧弯,弓形足,有皮脂溢.两眼球水平运动缓慢,上下垂直凝视麻痹,K-F环(-),
