近年来，支原体已成为小儿肺炎及其它呼吸道感染的常见病原体之一，肺炎支原体感染是诱发哮喘急性发作的重要因素，目前治疗肺炎支原体多以阿奇霉素等药物。本科2008年1月～2009年6月对32例确诊为支原体肺炎的患儿采用阿奇霉素加舒利迭治疗，取得较好疗效，现报告如下。
