脑源性神经营养因子在猫备用背根节的表达变化

为探讨脑源性神经营养因子(BDN)在备用背根节(DRG)的表达变化情况,对20只成年雄性家猫(其中15只行单侧L6备用根手术后分别存活3、6、12天)L6DRG行BDNF免疫组化染色。结果:①正常猫L6DRG神经元以胞体直径32μm和44μm为分界划分出大中小三类;②正常L6DRG内有50.87%的神经元呈BDNF阳性反应,备用根手术侧其BDNF阳性神经无数量增多,反应增强,以术后6天变化最显著(76.7%)。正常及术后BDNF阳性神经元均以小神经元为主。去部分背根后备用L6DRG神经元BDNF表达的增多、增强可能参与促进其神经元(尤其是小神经元)中枢支在脊髓背角的侧支出芽,并可能参与营救一些失去部分神经支配的背角神经元。 To investigate the expression changes of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDN) in the dorsal root ganglion (DRG), twenty adult male domestic cats (15 of which survived 3, 6, 12 Day) L6DRG line BDNF immunohistochemical staining. Increased expression of BDNF in partially L6DRG neurons in part of the dorsal root revealed that increased expression of BDNF may be involved in the promotion of collateral branching in the spinal dorsal horn of the neurons, especially the small neurons, and may be involved in the rescue of some dorsal neuralgia Horned neurons.
