目的了解淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染情况。方法取淡水鱼肉、鱼鳃及鱼鳞,采用人工胃液消化法,镜下检查华支睾吸虫囊蚴。结果鲩鱼肉平均感染度每克含囊蚴0.8个,鱼鳞0.05个,鱼鳃0.28个,鳊鱼肉平均感染度每克含囊蚴0.33个,野鲮未查出囊蚴。结论佛山市南庄、九江和龙江,广州市增城和从化淡水鱼含有华支睾吸虫囊蚴,提示这些地区存在华支睾吸虫人畜传染源。
Objective To understand the infection of Clonorchis sinensis metacercariae in freshwater fish. Methods Freshwater fish, fish gills and fish scales were taken. The artificial gastric juice digestion method was used to examine the metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis. Results The average infection rate of M. catfish was 0.8 per gram of metacercariae, 0.05 of fish scales and 0.28 of gills, while the average infection rate of M. catfish was 0.33 per gram of metacercaria. Conclusion Nanzhuang, Jiujiang and Longjiang in Foshan City, Zengcheng, Guangzhou and Conghua freshwater fish contain Clonorchis sinensis metacercaria, suggesting that there is a source of human and livestock infection of Clonorchis sinensis in these areas.
