提出了矿井通风智能诊断专家系统来解决通风系统故障诊断问题,设计了矿井通风智能诊断专家系统知识库和推理机,提出用逐步线性回归分析法确定可能引起某巷道风速超限的风路集合。在知识库中把通风系统故障原因详细归类,在专家系统推理机中进一步缩小了故障范围并推断故障原因。给出了矿井通风智能诊断专家系统推理流程并设计了用户接口,故障诊断结果图可以直接显示故障巷道范围、故障原因及故障巷道列表。最后对大明矿进行了工业试验,智能诊断专家系统的故障诊断结果与实际结果一致,验证了系统的可行性。
A mine ventilation intelligent diagnosis expert system is proposed to solve the problem of ventilation system fault diagnosis. The knowledge base and reasoning machine of mine ventilation intelligent diagnosis expert system are designed. The stepwise linear regression analysis method is proposed to determine the wind collection which may lead to the wind speed overrun of a roadway. In the knowledge base, the causes of ventilation system breakdown are classified in detail, the fault range is further narrowed in the expert system inference engine and the reason of the failure is deduced. The mine ventilation intelligent diagnosis expert system inference flow is given and the user interface is designed. The fault diagnosis result map can directly display the scope of the faulty tunnel, the cause of the fault and the list of the faulty tunnels. Finally, the industrial test was carried out in Daming Mine. The fault diagnosis results of the intelligent diagnosis expert system are consistent with the actual results, and the feasibility of the system is verified.
