本研究采用三只猫的空肠,以冰冻切片—美兰染色,分离出肌间神经丛的神经节,制备超薄切片,电镜观察。发现神经节细胞具有植物性神经元的特点。神经节细胞周围的神经氈中可见许多轴泡体的断面,依其中小泡类型的不同可以分为三类:1.含圆形无顆粒小泡型膨体。2.有粒小泡型膨体。3.异质(大暗)颗粒型膨体。另外,还见到平滑肌间的终末。同时对不同类型的膨体与平滑肌运动的关系进行了讨论。
In this study, the jejunum of three cats was used to isolate the ganglion of myenteric plexus by frozen section-methylene blue staining. Ultrathin sections were prepared and observed under electron microscope. Ganglion cells were found to have the characteristics of vegetative neurons. Neurofilament around the ganglion cells can be seen in many sections of the axonal body, according to which the different types of vesicles can be divided into three categories: 1. With round non-particulate vesicle-type bulge. 2. There are vesicular bulge. 3 heterogeneous (dark) particle-type bulge. In addition, the terminal between the smooth muscles is seen. The relationship between different types of bulge and smooth muscle movement is also discussed.
