近些年来,中国的发展速度越来越快,随之变化的是服务业的比重也越来越大,其中,与大家息息相关的是餐饮服务业。这是一个信息化的时代,餐饮业虽然近几年发展的也不错,但是还是要一些需要提高的地方,比如人才管理,餐饮管理系统软件,员工的价值观,监督机制等等。餐饮业是个完全市场化的竞争性行业,只有不断地更新自己的观念,降低成本,提高效率,餐饮业才可以较大程度上掌握市场方向,更好地了解顾客的需求,跟上时代的步伐。
