黑龙江省水土保持科技示范园建设,运用景观生态学、园林生态学原理和系统工程方法进行规划设计。充分展示东北区域特色的水土保持技术体系与优化治理模式。集中体现水土保持科研试验、示范、推广、培训与苗木开发为一体的景观小区的良好生态环境,创造出集科教示范、景观示范、观光旅游、科技培训为一体的新型现代水土保持生态科教示范园区。以黑龙江省水土保持科技示范园为例,讨论了园区设计的指导思想,规划原则,总体目标,以及基于景观规划与设计原理。
Heilongjiang Province soil and water conservation technology demonstration park construction, the use of landscape ecology, landscape ecology principles and systems engineering methods for planning and design. Fully demonstrate the Northeast regional characteristics of soil and water conservation technology system and optimize the governance model. It will embody the good ecological environment of landscape area integrating scientific research, experiment, demonstration, popularization, training and seedling development of soil and water conservation, and create a new type of modern ecological demonstration park for soil and water conservation that integrates science and education demonstration, landscape demonstration, sightseeing, tourism and science and technology training . Taking Heilongjiang Province Soil and Water Conservation Science and Technology Demonstration Park as an example, the author discusses the guiding ideology, planning principles and overall objectives of the park design as well as the principles of landscape planning and design.
