[目的]研究茄子种子发育过程中生理指标的变化情况,为新品种种子快繁提供理论依据。[方法]自开花后15d起,每隔5d,取种测定茄子鲜干重、含水量及可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量的变化,直至花后55d。[结果]茄子种子发育过程中含水量持续下降;在种子发育前期干物质迅速积累;花后第45天可溶性糖含量积累达到最高峰,随后缓慢回落;花后第35天开始,淀粉积累速度加剧,随后较缓上升;可溶性蛋白含量变化呈明显的双峰曲线,分别在花后第25、40天达到峰值,花后第40天后开始明显下降。花后第50天,茄子种子具备基本发芽力,此时可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量和干物质积累均已经达到峰值或越过峰值。茄子各项指标与对照品种差异较显著,其有机物质积累水平均低于对照。[结论]花后50d茄子种子已经达到生理成熟度。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the change of physiological indexes in the eggplant seed development and provide the theoretical basis for the rapid propagation of the new seed. [Method] From the 15th day after flowering, every 5 days, the fresh weight, water content, soluble sugar, starch and soluble protein contents of eggplant were measured and measured until 55 days after anthesis. [Result] The water content of eggplant continued to decline during the seed development. The dry matter accumulated rapidly at the early stage of seed development. The soluble sugar content reached its peak on the 45th day after flowering and then slowly decreased. The accumulation of starch began to increase on the 35th day after flowering , Followed by a gradual increase; soluble protein content showed a significant double-peak curve, respectively, the peak on the 25th and 40th day after anthesis, after 40 days after anthesis began to decline significantly. On the 50th day after flowering, the eggplant seeds had the basic germination ability, at which time the soluble sugar, starch, soluble protein content and dry matter accumulation had reached the peak or crossed the peak. Eggplant indicators and control varieties more significant differences in their organic matter accumulation levels were lower than the control. [Conclusion] The eggplant seeds reached the physiological maturity 50 days after anthesis.
