LVC(Liner Variable Contour)辊形是一种新型的辊形,已成功地应用在实际生产中,通过对LVC工作辊下机磨损辊形的研究,得到LVC辊形的磨损特点,并针对F4机架的磨损情况提出在轧制末期进行均匀窜辊的策略;建立LVC工作辊的磨损预报模型,并应用遗传算法求解模型参数的最优值,根据LVC工作辊下机后的实测磨损辊形与预测值的比较,说明此磨损预报模型具有较高的精度,可以应用于磨损辊形的在线预报。
LVC (Liner Variable Contour) roller is a new type of roller, which has been successfully used in the actual production. By studying the worn roller shape of the LVC work roller, the wear characteristics of LVC roller shape are obtained. The wear status of the LVC was put forward. The wear prediction model of the LVC work roll was established and the optimal parameters of the model were solved by genetic algorithm. According to the measured wear roll shape of the LVC work roll The comparison of predicted values shows that this model has higher accuracy and can be applied to on-line forecasting of worn roll shape.
