患者,男,55岁。近5年腰臀部肿块、疼痛来诊。查体:右侧臀部外上可触及局部隆起,大小约180mm×130mm不规则实性肿物,位于右侧髂骨翼后侧,边界不清,质硬,有压痛,基底无移动。超声检查:患者取俯卧位,于右侧腰臀部皮下软组织内可探及一约154mm×97mm低回声团,边界欠清,形态不规则,呈分叶状,内回声不均匀,可见多个条状、片状强回声斑,后方伴声影(图1)。其后方髂骨骨皮质连续性中断,可见“虫蚀 Patient, male, 55 years old. Ultrasonography: The patient was prone position, in the right side of the hip and subcutaneous soft tissue can be explored and about a 154mm × 97mm hypoechoic group, the border is not clear, irregular, lobulated, the echo is not uniform, visible multiple Shaped, patchy echo spots, the back with sound (Figure 1). The rear iliac cortical continuity interrupted, we can see ”worm eclipse
