本文从生物学性状、理化特性、蛋白外壳及血清学特性等方面,比较系统地研究了从安徽蚕豆上分离到的一个种传分离物Bd。根据试验结果,参考国际上报道的文献,作者认为该分离物隶属于蚕豆真花叶病毒(BBTMV)。这是BBTMV 在中国的第一次报道。 In this paper, a species-isolating Bd isolated from broad bean in Anhui province was systematically studied in terms of biological traits, physicochemical properties, protein shell and serological characteristics. According to the test results, reference to the international literature, the authors believe that the isolates belong to the true broad bean true mosaic virus (BBTMV). This is the first report of BBTMV in China.
