以2个玉米杂交种“郑单958”和“先玉335”为试验材料,采用人工加速种子老化的方法,对玉米种子活力指标、种子内含物质含量及生理指标进行了分析。结果表明:随着种子老化程度的加深,“郑单958”和“先玉335”种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数逐渐降低,老化至8 d时降至0。“郑单958”和“先玉335”种子过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、脱氢酶的活力逐渐降低,电导率、丙二醛含量逐渐升高,粗脂肪、可溶性蛋白含量先升高后降低,有机酸含量总体上呈升高的趋势,脯氨酸含量呈现上升的趋势,但老化至8 d时,种子脯氨酸的含量明显下降,可溶性糖含量的变化不规则。相关分析表明:“先玉335”种子活力指标与有机酸含量呈极显著负相关,2个玉米种子的活力指标与生理指标相关达到显著或极显著水平。
Taking two maize hybrids “Zhengdan 958” and “Xiangyu 335” as test materials, the seed vigor index, content of seeds and physiological indexes of maize seeds were analyzed by artificially accelerating seed aging . The results showed that with the deepening of seed aging, the germination rate, germination index and vigor index of the seeds of “Zhengdan 958” and “Xianxu 335” decreased gradually and decreased to 0 after 8 days of aging. The activities of peroxidase, catalase and dehydrogenase in seeds of “Zhengdan 958” and “Xiangyu 335” decreased gradually, while the contents of electrical conductivity and malondialdehyde gradually increased. The contents of crude fat, soluble protein The contents of organic acids increased firstly and then decreased, the content of organic acids increased generally, and the content of proline increased. However, the content of proline decreased significantly and the content of soluble sugar changed irregularly . Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the seed vigor index and the organic acid content of the Xianxu 335 ’s seed. The correlation between vigor index and physiological index of the two corn seed reached significant or extremely significant level.
