人类航天实践表明,空间飞行能导致生物体免疫系统多种效应的改变及潜伏病毒的活化。本文从空间飞行的三大免疫(细胞免疫、体液免疫、非特异免疫)功能变化、空间飞行T细胞免疫效应的机制研究、免疫功能的药物与营养调控研究等方面综述了近些年空间飞行免疫效应的研究进展,并对未来空间飞行免疫学研究方向进行了展望。
