从冲击力、平均接触力和动能3个方面探究并验证卧式行星磨内行星效应Z、行星磨磨筒直径d及普通磨机磨筒直径D三者之间的关系。结果表明,Z1/4相对于D/d的最大误差值分别为10%、6.5%和14%;同时还探讨了行星因子Z分别与平均接触力及动能的关系,得出行星磨内钢球的平均接触力及动能均可由行星因子Z来确定,并推出相关公式。
