作者取42例腭裂术后患者的三个音素 i、u、m 的录音作为测试样本,借助音频分析仪进行频谱分析、数字处理和三音离散度计算,然后将三音离散度与由19人组成的语音耳测评定组评出的1级~4级语音清晰度作秩相关检验,结果表明,元音离散度与语音耳测评定的结果高度相关,相关系数为0.4985(P<0.005)。个别人的语音耳测评定受主观因素影响很大,因此,不应作为评定语音清晰度的主要方法。文章所提出的方法,在大样本时方有意义,显示了其可靠性,可作为检测腭裂术后语音功能的客观指标。作者还简化了多个音之间声学距离的计算方法。
The author took the recordings of three phonemes i, u, m of the 42 patients with cleft palate surgery as the test samples, performed spectrum analysis, digital processing and three-tone dispersion calculation with an audio analyzer, and then compared the three-tone dispersion with 19 The result showed that the vowel dispersion was highly correlated with the result of speech auricle assessment, and the correlation coefficient was 0.4985 (P <0.005). Individual ear speech assessment is greatly influenced by the subjective factors, therefore, should not be used as the main method of assessing speech clarity. The method proposed in this paper is of great significance in large samples and shows its reliability, which can be used as an objective index to detect postoperative phonological function of cleft palate. The author also simplifies the calculation of the acoustic distance between multiple sounds.
