文章从梳理统一国家司法考试与传统法学专业本科教育的关系入手,认为地方院校要以国家对普通高等院校转型发展为契机,以培养基层实务人员为目标,合理设置法学专业课程。 Starting from the relationship between the unified national judicial examination and the undergraduate education of traditional law, the article thinks that the local colleges and universities should regard the transformation of national institutions of higher learning as an opportunity for the local colleges and universities to take the training of grassroots practitioners as the goal, and set up law courses of law appropriately.
