This article first introduces the ECI mode and DB mode and its bidding process, and then compares its bidding process from the aspects of bidding form, qualification examination standard, bid evaluation staff, bid evaluation criteria, bidder’s bidding cost, duration of bidding and so on, finally obtains ECI Model than the DB model to better protect the interests of both owners and contractors and other conclusions.
