我们在对一些电磁换向阀的出厂试压检验中发现滑阀常有卡死现象,如22D-10B电磁阀的试压在电磁铁吸合五分钟后断电,滑阀不能复位。经研究了几种滑阀的平衡槽的开设,发现一些平衡槽不起作用,或只有一二条平衡槽起作用。经改进增加了平衡槽,滑阀的换向性能显著提高。目前,已将22D-10B、24D-25B及QT-10B等阀的改进用于生产,大大改善了滑阀的换向性能。改进的情况如图所示。我们知道,滑阀或阀孔在加工中会出现锥度,使滑阀与阀孔间的径向间隙不均匀,在油压的作用下,就会产生不平衡的径向力。例如一个带有锥度的阀芯凸肩,其大端处于高压区,小端处于低压区,当阀芯在阀孔内有偏心,使下侧间隙小于上侧间隙时,则
