选取平均体质量(150±2)g的埃及尼罗、美国尼罗和美国奥利亚罗非鱼各90尾,随机分为25、15和12℃共3个试验组,每组设3个重复组,每重复10尾,应用人工室内降温,研究不同低温胁迫对罗非鱼血液生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,在15℃ 0、5、10、16d昏迷和12℃ 0、36、72h时,与对照组(25℃)相比,3种罗非鱼血液红细胞数量(RBC)的差异均不显著(P>0.05),血红蛋白(HGB)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)和红细胞压积(HCT)降低(P>0.05),平均红细胞体积(MCV)显著降低(P<0.05),平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)显著提高(P<0.05);血清总蛋白(TP)浓度显著提高(P<0.05),白蛋白(ALB)浓度降低(P>0.05);谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著升高(P<0.05);超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在15℃ 0、5、10d和昏迷时升高(P>0.05),在12℃ 0、36、72h时降低(P>0.05)。
A total of 90 nile tilapia (Nile, Egypt, Nile, USA) and Oreochromis niloticus were randomly divided into three groups (25, 15 and 12 ℃) Repeated group, with 10 repetitions. Artificial indoor cooling was applied to study the effects of different low temperature stress on the blood physiological and biochemical indexes of tilapia. The results showed that there was no significant difference in red blood cell count (RBC) among the three species of tilapia at 0, 5, 10, 16d coma at 0 ℃ and 0, 36, 72h at 12 ℃ (P> 0.05). HGB, MCH and HCT decreased (P> 0.05), mean corpuscular volume decreased significantly (P <0.05), mean hemoglobin concentration (P <0.05). The levels of serum total protein (TP) and serum albumin (MCHC) were significantly increased (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased at 0, 5, 10d and coma at 15 ℃ (P> 0.05), and decreased at 0, 36 and 72h P> 0.05).
