目的制定中药炮制辅料药用盐质量标准,以保证药用盐和盐炙炮制饮片质量稳定。方法对比不同产地和不同厂家34批食用盐样品,研究比较3种国家标准食用盐和《中国药典》大青盐、氯化钠等规定,鉴别药用盐中钠盐和氯化物,检测药用盐溶液澄清度和颜色、亚铁氰化钾、水分、水不溶物、重金属含量和砷盐含量,测定药用盐中氯化钠(Na Cl)含量。结果初步制定了中药炮制辅料药用盐质量标准。结论初步制定的药用盐质量标准,方法简便可靠,为中药炮制辅料药用盐的质量标准研究奠定基础。
Objective To develop Chinese medicine processing pharmaceutical accessories quality standards of salt to ensure that medicinal salt and salt Sunburn cooked Pieces quality and stability. Results initially formulated Chinese medicine processing accessories medicinal salt quality standards. Conclusion The preliminary formulation of medicinal salt quality standards, the method is simple and reliable, which lays the foundation for the study of the quality standard of Chinese medicinal preparation adjuvant medicinal salt.
