目的 研究北京和广州地区分离的SARS病毒的抗原性关系 ,为非典型肺炎疫苗候选株的筛选提供依据。方法 采用Reed Muench法测定BJ0 1和GZ0 1株病毒的滴度 ,分别选取北京和广州地区SARS病人血清各 6份 ,采用固定病毒 稀释血清法进行微量细胞交叉中和试验 ,测定两地病人血清对BJ0 1和GZ0 1株病毒的中和抗体水平及交叉中和能力 ,分析这两株SARS病毒抗原性的差异。结果 北京和广州两地的非典型肺炎病人血清能够中和本地分离的SARS病毒。两地血清可互相交叉中和BJ0 1和GZ0 1株SARS病毒。中和抗体水平相同。结论 北京和广州两地分离的SARS病毒BJ0 1和GZ0 1株抗原性相似、差异较小。
Objective To study the antigenicity of SARS isolated from Beijing and Guangzhou and to provide a basis for the screening of candidate strains of SARS. Methods Reed Muench method was used to determine the titer of BJ0 1 and GZ0 1 strains. Six serum samples of SARS patients from Beijing and Guangzhou were selected, respectively. Micro-cell cross-neutralization assay was performed with fixed virus dilution serum method. BJ0 1 and GZ0 virus neutralizing antibody levels and cross-neutralizing capacity, analysis of the two SARS virus antigenic differences. Results Serum from atypical pneumonia patients in Beijing and Guangzhou was able to neutralize the locally isolated SARS virus. The two sera cross-neutralize the BJ0 1 and GZ0 strains of SARS virus. The same level of neutralizing antibodies. Conclusion The antigens of BJ0 1 and GZ0 1 strains isolated from Beijing and Guangzhou are similar but with little difference.
