香港特别行政区议会成员、天津市人民政府房地产高级顾问、香港梁振英测量师行梁振英先生应邀来津,参加由天津城市建设综合开发研究会主办的“房地产市场培育及住宅建设研讨会”。会上,梁先生结合香港房地产市场的发展情况分析了房地产市场波动发展的一般规律,指出造成房地产市场波动发展、冷热交替的重要原因是供需失衡,这一观点得到了业内人士的普遍认同,同时也印证了天津市房地产市场的非均衡发展轨迹。
Mr. Liang Zhenying, a member of Hong Kong SAR Council, senior consultant of real estate of People’s Government of Tianjin Municipality and surveyor of Hong Kong Liang Zhenying was invited to Tianjin to participate in “Seminar on Cultivation and Housing Construction of Real Estate Market” sponsored by Tianjin Urban Construction Comprehensive Development Research Association. At the meeting, Mr. Leung analyzed the general law of the development of the real estate market with the development of the real estate market in Hong Kong. He pointed out that the important reason causing the real estate market to fluctuate and turn hot and cold is the imbalance between supply and demand. This view has been generally accepted by the insiders. At the same time, it also confirms the unbalanced development track of real estate market in Tianjin.
