一、病例摘要例1:患者49岁,主因接触性出血3个月,外院宫颈病理检查为鳞癌入山西省运城市中心医院。患者月经正常,入院查体:生命体征正常,心肺正常。妇科检查:宫颈前唇可见直径2cm菜花样病灶,触血明显,宫颈后唇正常,穹窿正常,三合诊直肠黏膜正常,骶主韧带弹性好。 First, the case summary 1: 49-year-old patient, mainly due to contact bleeding for 3 months, the outer pathological examination of cervical squamous cell carcinoma into the Yuncheng Central Hospital in Shanxi Province.
