针对某型机飞行试验中出现的仪表板振动过大现象,本文应用时频分析的方法对振动数据进行分析处理,展示出仪表板振动过程中频谱的演化情况。为摸清仪表板固有频率特性,安排了一次地面试验。采取一系列改进措施后进行了验证试飞,最终得出仪表板振动过大的原因。验证试飞通过降低FES激励幅值,找到了兼顾飞行员的驾驶要求和课题试飞需求的更为合理的试飞方法,使得后续试飞得以安全顺利的开展。
In view of the phenomenon of excessive vibration of the instrument panel in the flight test of a certain type of aircraft, this paper analyzes and processes the vibration data by time-frequency analysis to show the evolution of the spectrum during the vibration of the instrument panel. To find out the inherent frequency characteristics of the dashboard, a ground test was arranged. After a series of improvement measures were taken to verify the test flight, finally reached the dashboard vibration too much reason. Verify the flight by reducing the FES excitation amplitude, to find a pilot to meet the pilots and flight test requirements of the more reasonable test methods, making follow-up test flight to be safe and smooth development.
