测定了在25.0℃下,羧甲基甲壳素(CM-CH)及羧甲基壳聚糖(CM-CHO)在纯水溶液及NaCl水溶液中的特性粘数[η]。在纯水溶液中用Fouss经验式关联实验数据得CM-CH及CM-CHO的[η]分别为1197mL/g,1262mL/g;得出了0.01mol/LNaCl溶液中CM-CH及CM-CHO的[η]为283mL/g和365mL/g。讨论了CM-CH及CM-CHO在纯水及加盐水溶液中的形态。
The intrinsic viscosity [η] of carboxymethyl chitin (CM-CH) and carboxymethyl chitosan (CM-CHO) in pure water and NaCl aqueous solution was measured at 25.0 ℃. The results showed that the [η] of CM-CH and CM-CHO were 1197mL / g and 1262mL / g, respectively. The experimental data of Fouss experiential correlation in pure water showed that CM-CH and CM- [Η] of 283 mL / g and 365 mL / g. The morphology of CM-CH and CM-CHO in pure water and saline solution was discussed.
