目的:探讨盐酸纳美芬联合醒脑静注射液对急性酒精中毒昏迷患者的疗效及血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)、超氧歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法:研究对象选自我院2015年2月~2016年10月收治的128例急性酒精中毒昏迷患者,采取随机数字表将其分成两组,每组64例。对照组给予盐酸纳美芬治疗,观察组联合给予醒脑静注射液治疗,对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清β-EP、SOD、MDA水平的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,与对照组(79.69%)相比明显上升(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒时间、症状消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01),苏醒后恶心呕吐、头晕头痛、全身乏力、心悸胸闷、血压下降发生率分别为14.06%、12.50%、32.81%、15.63%、12.50%,与对照组相比均有明显下降(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清β-EP、MDA水平均较治疗前显著下降,血清SOD水平显著上升(P<0.01),且观察组这3项指标改善效果较对照组更为明显(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后血清ALT、AST、GGT水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),观察组下降更明显(P<0.01)。结论:盐酸纳美芬联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性酒精中毒昏迷患者可有效减轻机体内氧化应激反应,促进快速苏醒,疗效确切。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of nalmefene combined with xingnaojing injection in patients with acute alcoholism and coma in patients with β-EP, SOD and MDA influences. Methods: A total of 128 patients with acute alcoholism and coma admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups (64 in each group). The control group was treated with nalmefene hydrochloride. The observation group was treated with xingnaojing injection. The changes of clinical efficacy and serum levels of β-EP, SOD and MDA before and after treatment were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.69%) (P <0.05). The recovery time and symptom disappearance time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.01). The incidences of nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, generalized fatigue, palpitations, chest tightness and blood pressure were 14.06%, 12.50%, 32.81% and 15.63 %, 12.50%, respectively, compared with the control group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). The levels of serum β-EP and MDA in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01), and the improvement of the three indexes in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group (P <0.01). After treatment, serum ALT, AST and GGT levels in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01), and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious (P <0.01). Conclusion: Nalmefene hydrochloride combined with xingnaojing injection in patients with acute alcoholism and coma can effectively reduce the body’s oxidative stress response and promote rapid recovery, the exact effect.
