应用CAE系统进行轮轨关系试验台的数字样机研究。通过CATIA三维建模软件建立轮轨关系试验台CAD模型,应用ADAMS多体动力学仿真软件建立轮轨关系试验台的机构运动模型,应用多体摩擦接触元件建立轮轨接触摩擦模型。应用高速轮轨关系试验台数字样机进行轮轨黏着的数字试验研究。仿真研究结果为轮轨关系试验台的技术方案及其关键技术参数的选取提供了技术支持。
Digital Prototype Study on Wheel / Rail Relationship Test Bench Using CAE System. The CAD model of the wheel / rail test bed was established by CATIA 3D modeling software. The kinematic model of the wheel / rail test bed was established by using ADAMS multibody dynamics simulation software. The multi-body frictional contact element was used to establish the wheel / rail contact friction model. Digital Test Study on Wheel / Rail Adhesion by Using Digital Prototype of High Speed Wheel / Rail Relationship Test Bench. The simulation results provide technical support for the technical solutions of the wheel / rail test rig and the selection of the key technical parameters.
