目的:观察辐射后鼻腔应用类固醇激素对鼻黏膜辐射性损伤组织形态学变化的影响,探讨鼻腔应用类固醇激素在鼻黏膜辐射性损伤中的作用。方法:选用健康豚鼠50只,用医用直线加速器进行鼻部照射,照射剂量为5Gy,每周1次,共3周,在完成辐射后随机分为对照组及用药组,每组25只,用药组在照射完成后第2天开始鼻腔应用类固醇激素。各组分别于照射后1周及1、2、3、4个月各随机处死5只动物,光镜及电镜下观察鼻黏膜的病理学变化及显微图像学分析。结果:照射后喷药,豚鼠鼻黏膜早期炎症反应减轻,并随喷药时间延长,损伤的上皮细胞修复加快,4个月后纤毛覆盖率达72.9%,比单纯照射豚鼠鼻黏膜纤毛覆盖率50.2%明显升高,且黏膜下腺体萎缩减轻,表现出一定的分泌功能。结论:鼻腔应用类固醇激素减轻了鼻黏膜辐射性损伤,在鼻黏膜组织辐射性损伤中起到了一定的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of nasal administration of steroid hormones on the morphological changes of radiation-induced nasal mucosa injury after radiation and to explore the role of nasal administration of steroid hormones in radiation-induced nasal mucosal injury. Methods: Fifty healthy guinea pigs were selected. Nasal irradiation was performed with a medical linear accelerator. The irradiation dose was 5 Gy, once a week for 3 weeks. After completion of the radiation, the guinea pigs were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 25 in each group. Group began nasal application of steroid hormone on the second day after irradiation was completed. Five rabbits in each group were randomly sacrificed at 1 week, 1, 2, 3 and 4 months after irradiation. The pathological changes of the nasal mucosa were observed under light and electron microscopes and the microscopic images were analyzed. Results: After irradiation, the nasal mucosa of guinea pigs were relieved at early stage of inflammation, and the repair of damaged epithelial cells was accelerated with the prolonging of spraying time. The coverage of cilia reached 72.9% after 4 months, which was 50.2% % Was significantly higher, and submucosal glands atrophy alleviate, showing a certain secretion function. CONCLUSIONS: Nasal administration of steroid hormones alleviates nasal mucosal radiation damage and plays a protective role in nasal mucosal radiation injury.
