睾丸和精索扭转是小儿的严重疾病。促使扭转的因素很多:睾丸下降不全,睾丸未固定,腹膜鞘突未闭时精索过长。作者在1967～1973年治疗19例睾丸和精索扭转患儿,左侧者14例,右侧者5例。入院时明确诊断者1例,其余诊断为:睾丸炎和附睾
Testicles and sperm twisting is a serious disease in children. Promote the reversal of many factors: testicular insufficiency, testis is not fixed, spermatic cord sheath when the spermatic cord is too long. The authors treated 19 cases of testicular and spermatic cord torsion in 1967-1973, including 14 cases on the left and 5 cases on the right. A clear diagnosis of admission to hospital cases, the remaining diagnosed as: orchitis and epididymis
