目的:药物再定位已成为当前新药研发的一个热点方向和重要趋势,论文旨在探索心血管药物再定位的出发点,为再定位研发提供参考。方法:以SQL Server 2008 R2为平台,首先检索全球最大的专业信息服务提供商-汤森路透的Pharma数据库采集数据;然后进行清理转换;最后利用SQL Server 2008 R2 Analysis Service建立数据库,创建关联模型,分析并报告结果。结果:挖掘出频繁项集8个,关联规则7条,共计15条心血管药物再定位的参考信息。结论:对上市心血管新药适应证的关联分析有助于发现心血管药物再定位的规律和出发点。
OBJECTIVE: Drug repositioning has become a hot trend and an important trend in current drug development. The purpose of this paper is to explore the starting point of repositioning of cardiovascular drugs and to provide a reference for the repositioning research. Methods: With SQL Server 2008 R2 as the platform, we first searched the Pharma database of Thomson Reuters, the largest provider of professional information services in the world, and then cleaned up the data. Finally, we established a database using SQL Server 2008 R2 Analysis Service, Analyze and report the results. Results: Eight frequent itemsets and 7 association rules were excavated. A total of 15 reference information for cardiovascular drug relocation was obtained. CONCLUSIONS: The association analysis of indications of new cardiovascular drugs listed is helpful to discover the regularity and starting point of repositioning of cardiovascular drugs.
