测定４６例海洛因依赖者和４４例正常人血清泌乳素（ＰＲＬ）水平，结果显示：海洛因依赖者血清ＰＲＬ明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）；吸毒剂量对ＰＲＬ水平影响明显，吸毒时间的长短对ＰＲＬ水平无明显影响。 Serum prolactin (PRL) levels were measured in 46 heroin addicts and 44 normal controls. The results showed that PRL of heroin addicts was significantly higher than that of normal controls (P <0.01). Drug addicts had a significant effect on PRL levels, The length of PRL had no significant effect.
