目的 :分析高免疫活性的合成过敏原IPC - 1/IPC - 2 (ALLERVAX CAT)在猫过敏患者减敏治疗中血清特异性IgE水平变化及过敏原因。方法 :通过双盲 ,安慰剂对照实验检测 2 7例猫过敏患者减敏治疗中血清IgE水平变化及其中 1例超敏患者血特异性IgG、IgG4、特异性IgE、总IgE、组胺水平动态分析。结果 :实验组与对照组IgE水平差异无显著性。动态检测血清特异性IgG ,IgG4,组胺水平明显升高而血清总IgE和特异性IgE水平无变化。结论 :IPC - 1/IPC - 2引起过敏反应与IgE无关 ,可能与非IgE依赖的组胺释放有关系。表明在部分人群中IgG、IgG4可能作为致敏抗体起类似IgE的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the changes of serum specific IgE levels and the causes of allergic reactions in allergic hypersensitive patients treated with hyperactive immunocompetent allergen IPC - 1 / IPC - 2 (ALLERVAX CAT). Methods: Double-blind, placebo-controlled experiments were performed to detect the changes of serum IgE level in desensitization treatment of 27 cats and the changes of blood-specific IgG, IgG4, specific IgE, total IgE and histamine in one patient with hypersensitivity analysis. Results: There was no significant difference in IgE levels between the experimental group and the control group. Dynamic detection of serum-specific IgG, IgG4, histamine levels were significantly elevated serum total IgE and specific IgE levels did not change. Conclusion: The allergic reaction induced by IPC - 1 / IPC - 2 is not related to IgE, which may be related to the non - IgE - dependent histamine release. It indicates that IgG and IgG4 may play IgE-like roles as sensitizing antibodies in some populations.
