近数十年,由于人们对神经导管的研究和应用取得了很大进展,神经导管应用于周围神经损伤修复已成为趋势。神经导管类型可分为生物型导管和合成型导管,又可分为非降解型导管和可降解型导管。研究者们已经探索了空心导管、含神经营养因子支架的材料导管及以雪旺细胞或其干细胞为种子细胞的神经导管。随着神经导管的材料、结构、内含神经营养因子及支持细胞种类的不断更新,神经导管的疗效也逐渐令人满意。今后,神经导管将广泛应用于临床实践,届时有望看到它在神经损伤功能修复方面的预期成果。
In recent decades, as people have made great progress in the research and application of nerve conduits, the application of nerve catheters in the repair of peripheral nerve injury has become a trend. Nerve catheter type can be divided into biological catheter and synthetic catheter, but also can be divided into non-degradable catheter and biodegradable catheter. Researchers have explored hollow catheters, material catheters containing neurotrophic factor scaffolds, and nerve conduits that use seed cells of Schwann cells or their stem cells. With the continuous renewal of neural catheter materials, structures, containing neurotrophic factors and supporting cell types, the efficacy of neural catheters has also been gradually satisfactory. In the future, the nerve catheter will be widely used in clinical practice, then it is expected to see its expected results in nerve injury repair.
