江泽民提出的“三个代表”的重要思想，是对党的８０年历史经验的总结，是在充满希望和挑战的２１世纪从根本上回答要把我们党建设成一个什么样的党和怎样建设党的问题，是对我们党的性质、根本宗旨和历史任务的新概括，是对马克思主义建党学说的新发展，是新世纪中国共产党建设的基本纲领。 以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，研究和回答当前和今后党的建设过程中提出的重大的理论和实践问题，是党的理论工作者的重要任务。本文着重研究的问题是：党的先进性与阶级性；工人阶级队伍的变化；党的纲领和奋斗目标；有中国特色社会主义事业的建设者。
The important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ proposed by Jiang Zemin is a conclusion to the 80-year historical experience of the party. It basically answers the question of what kind of party we should be built into a party and how to build it in the 21st century full of hope and challenge The party issue is a new generalization of the nature, fundamental purposes and historical tasks of our party, a new development of the theory of party building in Marxism, and a basic program for the construction of the CPC in the new century. Guided by the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ studying and answering major theoretical and practical issues raised in the course of party building now and in the future is an important task for party theoretical workers. This article focuses on the issues are: the party’s advanced nature and class; changes in the working class; the party’s program and objectives; the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
