根据某工程地下室上浮情况，分析并制定了井点降水和地面堆载方案、解决了地下室上浮问题，并通过精密的测量观察，得出了降水堆载后地下室复原的变化。
According to the floating conditions of the basement of a project, the well-point precipitation and ground-loading scheme was analyzed and solved, and the problem of floating in the basement was solved. Through precise measurement and observation, the change of the basement restoration after precipitation was obtained.
