在交通部现行的有关规范中规定 ,潮水位的频率分布曲线应用耿贝尔曲线即第Ⅰ型极值分布律进行计算 ,而不用国内在水文计算中常用的P -Ⅲ型曲线。在具体应用过程中 ,认为可以将高潮和低潮区别对待 ,在低潮水位计算中 ,采用P -Ⅲ型曲线进行计算往往碰到偏差系数Cs 为负值的情况 ,采用P -Ⅲ型曲线不如应用耿贝尔曲线简便。高潮水位频率计算中 ,既可以采用耿贝尔曲线 ,又可以采用P -Ⅲ型曲线 ,两者差别不大 ,但就与所选样本的适应性而言 ,P -Ⅲ型曲线更有优势
In the current relevant regulations of the Ministry of Communications, the frequency distribution curve of the tidewater level is calculated by using the Gumbel curve, that is, the type I extreme distribution law, instead of the P-Ⅲ type curve commonly used in hydrological calculation in China.
