从河南省不同玉米种植区采集玉米茎基腐病病样,对病原菌进行分离鉴定,并研究河南省主要玉米栽培品种对茎基腐病的抗性。结果表明,河南省玉米茎基腐病的病原菌主要是镰孢菌(Fusariumsp.);在分离到的89个镰孢菌菌株中,优势种为禾谷镰孢菌(F.graminearum),共有49个,占55.06%;其次为层出镰孢菌(F.proliferatum)和轮枝镰孢菌(F.verticillioides),分别占24.72%和20.22%。品种抗性试验结果表明,郑单958、先玉335和郑黄糯2号对玉米茎基腐病表现出较好的抗性,洛玉818和浚单20为高感品种。
The samples of maize stem rot were collected from different maize growing areas in Henan Province, and the pathogens were isolated and identified. The main maize cultivars in Henan Province were also studied for their resistance to stem rot disease. The results showed that the pathogen of corn-based rot in Henan Province was mainly Fusarium sp. Among the 89 Fusarium isolates isolated, the dominant species was F. graminearum, with 49 Accounting for 55.06%, followed by F.proliferatum and F.verticillioides, accounting for 24.72% and 20.22% respectively. The results of variety resistance test showed that Zhengdan 958, Xiangyu 335 and Zhenghuangnuo 2 showed good resistance to corn stem rot, while Luoyu 818 and Xundan 20 were highly susceptible.
