2010年1月16日,由农业部乡镇企业局、农业部农产品加工局联合首都新闻媒体共同推举评选的“2009年中国农产品加工业十大新闻和十大新闻人物”暨“中国农村十大致富带头人”揭晓仪式在北京人民大会堂举行,北京祥聚斋食品集团有限公司(以下简称祥聚斋)董事长王猛榜上有名,荣获2009年中国农产品加工业十大新闻人物。
