利用电子静电加速器和高频高压电子加速器,在1.0~3.0MeV能量范围内,测定了 两种聚乙烯材料中的剂量深度分布;比较了 Al、 Fe、 Cu、 Ph 4种衬底金属板,对受辐照材 料吸收剂量深度分布的影响;考察了材料中吸收剂量的边界效应。吸收剂量测量的总不确定度为 7.8%。优化电子束辐射加工工艺是实现辐照产品质量控制的一种有用的实验方法。
The depth of dose distribution in two polyethylene materials was measured in the energy range of 1.0-3.0 MeV by using an electron electrostatic accelerator and a high-frequency high-voltage electron accelerator. The comparison of the substrate metal of Al, Fe, Cu and Ph Plate, on the depth of radiation absorbed dose distribution; study of the material absorbed dose boundary effect. The total uncertainty of absorbed dose measurement is 7.8%. Optimizing the electron beam radiation processing technology is a useful experimental method for the quality control of irradiated products.
