俄罗斯专利RU2287600中公布了一种新型耐热变形Al合金。该合金中所含的主要合金元素含量范围是(质量分数):Cu 1.2%~2.4%、Mn 1.2%~2.2%、Zr 0.15%~0.6%、V 0.01%~0.15%、Sc 0.01%~0.2%,其余是Al。显微组织主要是由铝固溶物和二次铝化物共同组成的,其平衡固线温度不低于600℃,维氏硬度不低于85HV。该合金的铸锭可以轧制成板材,铸锭加热温度不超过410℃。合金在290~410℃进行1~20 h退火处理后,其极限拉伸强度不低于300 MPa(室温),在350℃的100 h强度超过30 MPa。
